薪酬待遇：工资及福利待遇根据武汉大学相关规定从优考虑（五险一金，提供住房，解决户口和子女入学等问题）；并根据工作业绩额外发放津贴（具体薪资待遇面议, 预计年薪20-30万元）；博士后期间特别优秀者可协助申请武汉大学正式教师职位（非独立成组）

职位要求：
1）有机化学博士，有写作和发表英文科技论文经历。
2）有团队精神，工作踏实，有责任感，易沟通。
3）有金属有机化学（特别是过渡金属不对称催化）研究经历者优先考虑。

薪酬待遇：将提供具有竞争力的薪酬待遇（年薪6万以上），并根据工作业绩额外发放津贴，可优先报考硕士或者博士研究生。
